Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track assigned orders through scheduling.
• Communicate important information to internal departments and Sales Representatives.
• Coordinate customer requests for specifications, availability, shipping, quotes, estimates, and samples.
• Serve as a link between customer and design, sales, and production teams to meet requirements including scheduling, delivery dates, and order changes.
• Maintain organized customer files and resolve billing issues when needed.
