John Crane in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a Customer Service Specialist to monitor shipment alignment with client and internal commitments, oversee feedback ratings, and drive proactive order tracking. The CSS will resolve issues, publish performance reports, and support continuous improvements in customer experience and operations across sites.

Strong ERP experience, attention to detail, and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience with ERP systems is required.
• Ability to assist in product assembly as needed.
• Ability to read blueprints, identify product lines and answer basic technological questions.
• Experience in planning, materials and scheduling as needed.
• Associate's degree in Business preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience working in a diverse environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Measure shipment performance against client expectations and internal commitments.
• Report to management on customer satisfaction.
• Track orders and resolve scheduling issues to meet delivery dates.
• Publish performance reports to accounts as required.
• Analyze processes and create concise reports for improvements.
• Generate quotes for intercompany and external customers.
• Liaise with Quality on RMAs and AQRs.
• Deescalate and mitigate customer obstructions to a positive outcome.
• Manage special projects as assigned by management.
