Job summary

FedEx is seeking a frontline associate in Raynham, MA to assist customers, resolve inquiries, and sell services. You will support station operations with administrative tasks and adapt to additional duties as needed.

The role requires ability to lift heavy packages, operate a computer terminal, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Typical schedule includes several shifts with daytime to early-evening coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate computer terminal.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
• Good human relations and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, including responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services.
• Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
