Job summary

DOTCOM COMPUTERS INC in Raynham, MA is seeking a Shipping Associate to ensure accurate packing and on-time delivery. This full-time role supports FedEx/UPS shipments and uses in-house systems to manage orders.

You will handle pick/pack/ship, maintain neat warehouse, and collaborate across teams. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar position.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills such as Word, Excel & Gmail.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues.
• Able to work well in an open environment with others.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to be cross-trained.

Responsibilities

• Pick Product, Pack & Ship for FedEx or UPS Deliveries using in-house shipping programs as well as 3rd party tools
• Proficient in shipping programs such as Ship works, Ship station or Worldship
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Comfortable using a computer
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Ensure all orders are filled correctly and on-time delivery metrics are met while keeping shipping costs low
• Correctly prepare shipping orders and labels
• Assist in scheduling large shipment pick ups
• Cross-train and assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed
