Job summary

TRG Lakeland (MaxPak) in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the Customer Service, Shipping, and Production Planning teams. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, efficient order processing, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will guide a high-performing team, ensure accurate item setup, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to drive business growth while maintaining strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading teams of three or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives and support staff.
• Oversee customer service operations, order entry, order processing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure accuracy of new and existing item setup within the ordering system.
• Review and make pricing decisions within established authority levels.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated service issues to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor on-time delivery performance and support plant quality objectives.
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to support customer needs and business growth.
• Participate in production and scheduling meetings.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations regarding stock availability and inventory trends.
• Develop, improve, and train employees on customer service procedures and best practices.
