Job summary

Richgroupusa’s TRG Manufacturing Search Division seeks a hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead a small inside sales team and improve the customer experience for a growing manufacturing client in Augusta, GA.

You will use ERP data to track orders, inform customers about production and delivery schedules, and coordinate with sales, engineering, production, shipping and quality to resolve concerns, while introducing new planning tools as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of customer service or customer support experience, including team leadership.
• Experience supporting business customers, ideally in manufacturing or another technical environment.
• Ability to use ERP or CRM systems to track orders and communicate accurate updates.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A self-directed, adaptable approach and willingness to work through the details with your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small customer service and inside sales team and improve how the company supports its business customers.
