Duncan-Parnell Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Savannah, GA to support daily operations at the Savannah branch. You will assist customers at the front counter, answer calls and emails, and bill orders in the ERP system (P21).

The role emphasizes keeping the retail area organized, handling shipments, and maintaining strong communication across branches. A team-oriented environment with weekday hours.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Dependable with reliable attendance.
• Positive and helpful attitude.
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail.
• Independent worker after training.
• Ability to prospect new customers for business.
• Construction industry knowledge is a plus.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and take care of their requests with an upbeat attitude.
• Answer phone and emails in a courteous, timely manner.
• Bill all orders in the ERP system (P21) as well as other daily electronic entries.
• Notify customers when orders are ready.
• Shipping and receiving inventory.
• Printing orders as assigned.
• Replenish office items when out of stock.
• Monthly inventory counts.
