  • Property & Casualty License (Must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health License (Must be able to obtain)

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and uphold our commitment to excellence

Compensation

Base Salary of $40,000-$56,000 Per Year plus Commissions (Average Yearly Commissions $5K-20K)Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.

About Stephen Buckley's Agency

Our award-winning insurance team have qualified for industry honors such as Presidents Club, Ambassador Club and Honor Club. These recognitions showcase our commitment to excellence and our dedication to going above and beyond for our customers. As for Stephen, he is originally from Florida, and a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Advertising and double minor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. He is married to his beautiful wife Anna and Charlotte has been our home since 2015. They have a son named Owen and a Labradoodle named Harvey (who frequents the office and is a customer favorite!). He enjoy sports, in particular college football and basketball, and spending time with family in his free time.
