Job summary

• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Project manage larger customer signage and installations.
• Participate in daily team meetings and assist in executing business and marketing plans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by being responsive via email, phone, in person, and on-site.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Manager Will:

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center (both via phone and in-person)
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Project manage larger customer signage and installations
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Strive for customer satisfaction with customers by being responsive over email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
• Must own or have access to a car
• Able to work in a small dynamic team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
• Great listening and organization skills; basic project management skills
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
• Willing to join the team in production/installations
• Willingness to learn sign design (Adobe) and production (large format printing)
