Save More Marketplace in Minocqua, WI is seeking an energetic Customer Service Manager to lead our Front End, strengthen the guest experience, and own store recruiting for the entire location.

This hands-on leader will develop the Front End team, respond to customer needs, maintain service standards, and oversee hiring, onboarding, and staffing across the store. The ideal candidate is visible, approachable, and enjoys developing employees while building a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in grocery retail.
• Experience leading employees and delivering a strong customer experience.
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, or onboarding employees preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, candidates, employees, and department leaders.
• Ability to provide clear direction, coach employees, and hold the team accountable.
• Sound judgment and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the Front End and customer-service areas.
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and efficient experience for every customer.
• Coach employees to meet service expectations and maintain Front End standards.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and staffing for all store departments.
• Develop recruiting strategies to build a dependable candidate pipeline.
• Maintain organized, clean checkout and customer-service areas.
• Support Manager-on-Duty responsibilities as scheduled.
