Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in New Hudson, MI is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop the customer service department, guiding ERP and EDI processes and supporting pricing and invoicing. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires flexibility to work hybrid hours, with on-site collaboration as needed.

You will work cross-functionally with Production, IT, Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate orders, timely communication, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years customer service experience, preferably in automotive.
• Leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• ERP system experience required.
• Experience with EDI and related portals.
• Knowledge of Covisint Ford applications and EV portals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer service team and ensure 100% accuracy in transactions and customer satisfaction with service orders and deliveries.
• Develop training processes to ensure operating consistency.
• Identify gaps in processes and drive corrective actions with the team.
• Monitor transactions for accuracy and compliance with approved processes.
• Collaborate with Production, IT, Sales and Finance to meet customer demands and support pricing and invoicing.
