Job summary

You will oversee budgets, staffing, and process improvements, while ensuring a strong safety culture and data discipline, with travel up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with Atlas Copco service organization and increasing responsibility.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams.
• 4-year degree in Engineering, Business or Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional service operations into a modern, cost-efficient unit.
• Drive training and development to raise regional competence and growth.
• Meet financial and service targets including utilization, backlog, and warranty metrics.
• Utilize sales, marketing, and logistics tools to improve service level and efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with ISO 9001 standards; support safety initiatives.
