Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC -North America Customer Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project/Contracts Manager to oversee customer orders, documentation, and technical requirements. The role involves coordinating internal resources, SAP procedures, and supplier communications in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

You will support delivery, provide technical submittals, and generate schedules and reports while maintaining strong customer relations and ensuring project success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Project/Contracts Management.
• High School diploma required; two- or four-year college degree preferred.
• Technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders and contracts to achieve client satisfaction in delivery and documentation.
• Respond to customer queries and coordinate resources for project completion.
• Raise internal sales orders and execute SAP procedures for equipment releases.
• Raise purchase orders with sub-suppliers; check and authorize invoices.
• Coordinate materials, inspections, and deliveries; manage expeditors and inspectors.
• Produce production schedules and assist with order amendments and cost monitoring.
• Provide customer technical support and liaise with engineering as needed.
• Attend progress meetings and generate monthly status reports.
