Starting Pay: $17.00 Hourly
Responsible for overseeing, leading, and achieving sales goals for the sales floor at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliates. Leads daily operations, manages teams, and drives business growth. Key responsibilities include building, leading, and retaining motivated, high-performing teams of Retail Sales Associates.
