Position Details

Starting Pay: $17.00 Hourly

Position Description

Responsible for overseeing, leading, and achieving sales goals for the sales floor at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliates. Leads daily operations, manages teams, and drives business growth. Key responsibilities include building, leading, and retaining motivated, high-performing teams of Retail Sales Associates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Execute retail operational plans to meet profit, revenue, and production goals.
  2. Make decisions related to daily retail operations within assigned areas.
  3. Conduct inventory of new goods and ensure accurate reporting.
  4. Reconcile and balance daily paperwork.
  5. Ensure excellent customer service delivery to donors and customers.
  6. De-escalate customer situations and involve management as needed.
  7. Maintain store operations including cleanliness and brand standards.
  8. Manage staffing, training, and development of team members.
  9. Ensure compliance with security, health, and safety policies.
  10. Perform additional tasks such as bank deposits and store support as needed.
  11. Handle complex sales transactions and returns.
  12. Collaborate on company vision and team engagement.
  13. Manage performance, staffing, and compensation of team members.
  14. Lead cultural change and model core values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, Innovation.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: One-year retail management experience.
  • Required: One-year customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
  • Proficient in reading and speaking English.
