Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented customer service representative in Blue Springs, MO. You will handle inquiries, orders, and billing while coordinating with the distribution center and management to ensure timely processing and accurate invoicing.

The role requires strong communication and data entry skills, with an hourly wage of $20.00. First shift, on-site position offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the logistics team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education; Bachelor’s degree in business or similar discipline preferred.
• 3 years verifiable customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving within our system in partnership with Distribution Center Manager and Supervisors.
• Process billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and attention to detail.
• Resolve any issues with billing, invoicing, shipping and/or receiving with customers and internal management.
• Daily effective communication (email, phone, or in-person) with customers and internal team members and management.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
• Follow Kane corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and assist in enforcing them when necessary.
