Job summary

TransPak in Peachtree Corners, GA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Level I) to provide timely order status updates, respond to product inquiries, and coordinate with sales, planning, and credit teams to fulfill customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication and time-management skills, and be ready to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Customer/Client focused with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information on order status and product knowledge requests.
• Give timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Process customer orders/changes/returns per department policies.
• Coordinate with Planner for scheduling of orders and with Credit for resolving disputed items.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
• Manage and respond to the Customer Service group email within set timeframes.
