Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time role starting at $12 per hour. Raises occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter based on anniversary dates.

You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, answer questions, and process transactions in a welcoming, Judgement Free club. You will also promote classes, handle phones, and help maintain a clean environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospects, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet members.
• Sign up and tour new members, log amenities, and process purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
