Stop & Shop, a long-standing grocery retailer, seeks a Customer Service Manager to oversee Front End, Online Pick-up, and Cash Office operations. You will drive customer service excellence, ensure cleanliness and safety, and manage budgets while supporting a diverse team in a busy store environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and collaboration with store leadership to deliver exceptional service and profitability. Weekend and holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Customer Service departments (Front End, Online Pick-up, Cash Office).
• Ensure departments meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
• Recruit, hire, and orient new staff while developing talent and diversity within the team.
• Lead training and performance reviews to support professional growth.
• Manage labor relations and resolve employee issues promptly.
• Monitor key performance metrics and optimize processes for profitability and customer service excellence.
