You will support order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure a seamless customer journey and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.
• Understanding of invoicing, order fulfillment and service processes.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and coordinate with operations for on-time delivery.
• Handle invoicing, refunds, and return notes with accuracy and speed.
• Respond to inquiries via email/phone/face-to-face in a professional manner.
