Job summary

Jotun Paints Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage logistics activities and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations in line with HSEQ targets. You will coordinate with planners, production, and customer service to keep orders moving and delivered on time.

The role requires English fluency and a background in logistics/warehousing, with experience in 3PLs and ERP systems like SAP/IFS. A strong team player with a proactive mindset will thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with planners and production to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Support delivering orders on or before delivery date to meet OTIF/IDP targets.
• Plan deliveries and coordinate with departments to ensure high service levels.
• Coordinate with warehouse workers for storage and distribution.
• Report, monitor and analyze warehouse/logistics KPIs.
• Maintain 5S standards in the warehouse.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The Warehouse Coordinator shall manage, organise and follow up on Warehouse and logistics activities and tasks to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operation in accordance with HSEQ requirements and service targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with Planners, Supervisors in addition to Production and Customer Service Departments by following up on product availability, orders dispatch timeline, and order forecast to ensure customer orders on time delivery.
• Support delivering the right order to Jotun customers on or before the agreed order delivery date to achieve both On Time in Full (OTIF) and Internal Delivery Performance (IDP) targets.
• Plan and organize customer order deliveries by scheduling and coordinating with respective departments to ensure on-time delivery and a high level of service provided to Jotun customers.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products.
• Reporting, monitoring, and analysis of the relevant Warehouse/Logistics KPIs.
• Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse by coordinating its cleanliness, products standard, warehouse designated area, and sorting of products as per the agreed system for an efficient operation.

The successful candidate will form part of our warehouse team at our main 3PL hub ensuring timely processing, handling and order delivery to our diverse customer portfolio.

REQUIRED

• Fluent in English
• High-School education (at least?)
• Logistics/Warehousing experience

PREFERRED

• Experience working in team environments
• Transport planning experience
• DOT Certification
• Familiarization with EPA guidelines
• Experience working with 3PL service providers
• Marine industry (namely with vessel supplies)
• IFS/SAP
