Job summary

Nordson Corporation seeks a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the PPS Americas Customer Service team, delivering exceptional support to domestic and international customers and driving profitable aftermarket growth.

You will oversee performance, order management, spare parts sales, and collaborate with regional sales managers, top customers, and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities under the NBS Next framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a sales support role or related technical experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated accountability with customers and follow-through on requests
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM such as C4C (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Americas Customer Service team including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management
• Harmonizes front-end processes across product portfolio for consistency and efficiency
• Provides customer service support to domestic and international customers and regional sales managers
• Supports aftermarket part sales, communicates policies and issues quotations
• Establishes and maintains Top Customer contact and coordinates with CS reps for prompt responses
• Oversees order entry accuracy and timeliness
• Partners to develop annual spare parts sales plan including pricing and profitability
• Creates action plans for Top Customers to win, support, or recover opportunities
• Identifies growth opportunities and reports to management
• Keeps simplification at the core of the role to reduce non-value-added activities
