Job summary

Nordson Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for the Americas to lead the PPS Americas Customer Service team, delivering outstanding support to domestic and international customers while driving profitable aftermarket growth.

The role collaborates with regional sales managers and key customers to identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance satisfaction under the NBS Next framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a sales support role, or related technical experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Accountability with customers and timely follow-through on requests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM, such as C4C, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Americas Customer Service team and oversees hiring, training, and performance management.
• Harmonizes front end processes across product portfolio for consistency and efficiency.
• Provides customer service support to domestic and international customers and regional sales managers.
• Supports aftermarket part sales and issues quotations under NBS Next initiatives and policies.
• Maintains Top Customer contact and ensures prompt, quality responses to customers.
• Oversees the order entry process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Partners with Aftermarket & Customer Service Manager to develop the annual spare parts sales plan.
• Creates action plans with Top Customers to win, support, or recover opportunities.
• Identifies growth opportunities that generate sustainable, profitable growth and reports them to management.
• Keeps simplification at the core and reduces non-value-added activities.
• Any other duties as assigned.
