Job summary

GO Car Wash is looking for a Customer Service Lead to serve as the on-duty manager when Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership sales, and ensure policies are followed while training for a future Team Leader role.

You will greet customers, promote memberships, coach teammates, keep the site clean and safe, and resolve issues to boost satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash according to SOPs.
• Greet customers and use sales scripts to drive memberships.
• Guide vehicles into the car wash and explain our process.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the site to deliver a great experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate when needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with coaching teammates and ensure safety and script compliance.
