Job summary

GO Car Wash seeks a Customer Service Lead to act as manager on duty when senior staff are unavailable. You will oversee daily operations, drive membership sales, and ensure policies are followed. This role serves as a developmental path toward a Team Leader position.

You will open/close the site, coach teammates, and ensure a safe, friendly customer experience while maintaining high cleanliness and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and coach teammates.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the car wash according to SOPs.
• greet customers warmly and use sales scripts to drive memberships.
• Guide vehicles safely into the car wash and explain wash process.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with team coaching and ensure safety and adherence to scripts.
