Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure policy compliance. This developmental role prepares you for a Team Leader position with opportunities to lead by example across a fast-paced site.

You will open/close the car wash, greet customers, drive membership sales, and mentor teammates while maintaining safety and top-notch service in all weather conditions. Competitive pay and benefits reflect the energetic, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the car wash according to GO’s SOPs.
• Greeting customers warmly and using sales scripts to drive membership sales.
• Guiding vehicles into the car wash and explaining the wash process to customers.
• Maintaining site cleanliness and functionality to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Addressing customer issues with leadership escalation when needed.
• Coaching teammates and ensuring safety standards and usage of sales scripts.
