Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Team Lead to support site managers in daily operations, overseeing inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards to deliver a consistent, convenient and exceptional car wash experience for customers.

You will hire, train and coach teammates, drive sales growth and lead by example in a fun, outdoor environment with a team of enthusiastic car washers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience.
• Car wash experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Support site managers with daily operations of the car wash.
• Help ensure inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards are met.
• Hire, train and coach teammates and lead by example.
