As a Customer Service Lead, you will step into a leadership role, act as manager on duty in the absence of senior leaders, and drive daily operations and sales.

This role is designed to groom you into a Team Leader. Responsibilities include opening/closing, greeting customers, guiding vehicles, maintaining site standards, resolving issues, and coaching

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash according to SOPs.
• Greet customers warmly and drive membership sales using scripts.
• Guide vehicles into the wash and explain the process.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality for a great customer experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with coaching the team and enforcing safety and scripts.
