Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Lead to guide day-to-day customer service efforts, model our values, and drive a fast, friendly shopping experience in Grapevine, TX. You’ll lead by example, ensure a customer-first focus, and support a smooth checkout process with a positive team atmosphere.

You will manage front-end operations, coordinate breaks, and help maintain a clean, efficient store flow while promoting Burlington’s benefits and discounts for part-time teammates.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs or more.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Keep front end area neat and orderly and troubleshoot register issues.
