Burlington is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Lead to guide daytime customer service efforts and inspire associates to deliver friendly, professional service. You will lead by example, uphold Burlington's values, and prioritize a customer-first experience in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include modeling standards for the front end, improving checkout speed and customer feedback, and managing schedules while supporting a positive, team-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer service team in a retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Model company core values and lead day-to-day customer service initiatives.
• Drive friendliness, speed of checkout and customer feedback surveys.
• Maintain a neat front end and troubleshoot register/transaction issues.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
