Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours, acting as key leader and liaison among teams.
• Partner with department management to prioritize and delegate tasks and ensure Front End/customer checkout runs efficiently.
• Manage performance of a team of Customer Service employees, providing resources, training, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Provide Incredible Customer Service to customers and employees, acting as a champion of our values and standards.
• React quickly to situations, partnering with store leadership to solve operational challenges.
• Lead special projects across the store to strengthen company culture.
