Skilled Trades Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Hauppauge location in New York. The role involves reviewing and correcting order files, notifying customers of item outs, ensuring that necessary documentation is provided, and managing daily invoicing and credit memos. Candidates should have experience with spreadsheet software and excellent communication skills, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in a food service context.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with customers and sales representatives.

Responsabilités

• Review and correct order file status report, transfer order file for routing.
• Notify customers or sales reps of item 'outs'.
• Ensure COAs and Spec sheets are provided to customers.
• Daily invoicing and credit memos management.
• Direct calls and research customer inquiries.
• Provide vacation relief to sales reps.
