Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and correct order file status report, transfer order file for routing.
• Notify customers or sales reps of item 'outs'.
• Ensure COAs and Spec sheets are provided to customers.
• Daily invoicing and credit memos management.
• Direct calls and research customer inquiries.
• Provide vacation relief to sales reps.
