Job summary

Doka USA Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle order processing, invoicing, inventory management, returns, and branch logistics. You will support daily operations of the Operations Department and assist the Operations Manager with month-end closing duties.

The role requires 2–5 years in administration/logistics, strong communication skills, and advanced Excel proficiency, with a focus on accurate pricing and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with numerical aptitude.
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
• Advanced Excel skills and reporting abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional inventory and logistics; optimize stock and material flow.
• Manage customer accounts and full order process including pricing and inquiries.
• Handle high call volumes; communicate changes impacting order fulfillment promptly.
• Process pricing, billing, and credit requests; ensure invoicing per contracts.
