Job summary

Doka USA is seeking a Demand Planner to support branch operations by analyzing, procuring, and planning material demands across the region. You will optimize stock levels, manage order processing data, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong English communication, and advanced Excel skills. Experience in logistics or administration is valued, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or Logistics preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong analytical and numeric abilities; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Demand & Logistics Planning: Manage regional material demands and logistics processes.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Optimize stock levels and plan demand at the branch level.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure material requests align with product strategy and update delivery dates.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels using the in-house order processing system.
• Stock Discrepancy Management: Address discrepancies from physical counts.
• Supply Assurance: Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and minimize non-utilization of equipment.
• Stock Optimization: Develop methods aligned with strategic directions.
• Policy Implementation: Enforce group-wide logistics standards and product policy execution.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage material outflow for new products.
