Job summary

Doka USA is seeking a Demand Planner to support Branch Operations by analyzing, procuring, and planning material demands, optimizing stock levels, and identifying inefficiencies in order processing.

Key responsibilities cover demand planning, inventory management, data quality, and policy implementation to ensure on-time fulfillment and efficient product lifecycle management. This role requires strong English communication and advanced Excel abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in business or logistics preferred.
• Experience in administration, operations or logistics preferred.
• Excellent English communication (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong analytical skills, numeric aptitude, problem solving.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office; advanced Excel required.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Willing and able to learn new computer systems, products and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Demand & Logistics Planning: Manage regional material demands and logistics processes.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Optimize stock levels and plan demand at the branch level.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure material requests align with product strategy and update delivery dates.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track and maintain inventory levels in the order processing system.
• Stock Discrepancy Management: Monitor counts and address discrepancies.
• Supply Assurance: Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and minimize non-utilization of equipment.
• Stock Optimization: Develop methods in line with strategic directions.
• Policy Implementation: Enforce group-wide logistic standards and support product policy.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage material outflow to accommodate new products.
