Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a clerk in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ability to coordinate with carriers, vendors and customers.
• Strong written, organizational and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of WMS systems preferred.
• Experience operating forklift equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks for area or shift.
• Maintains filing systems and documents per SOP.
• Interacts with customers and contractors regarding shipment times, loads, and damage claims.
• Coordinates processing of export orders and exports paperwork.
• Processes returns in WMS and maintains paperwork.
• Pallet management and pallet variances reconciliation.
• Updates area or shift metrics in the WMS.
• Overtime as needed.
