Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service or sales support experience.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keying and verifying sales orders for Retail and Food Service.
• Answering telephone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate contact.
• Greet customers and handle inquiries and order pickups as needed.
• Prepare communications and paperwork for retail accounts and other departments.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns.
• Assist customers and sales reps with basic needs.
• Assist account managers with collections and credit issues.
