Job summary

Superior Products in Allentown, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and account setup while promoting the full product line across medical and industrial markets.

You will train in our product and service offerings and work with OEMs, gas distributors, and medical dealers to drive customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certificate; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer service and inside sales in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of compressed gas products is beneficial.
• Caelus or other ERP systems experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly motivated team player with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries via email, phone, or other means promptly and professionally.
• Support the sales team to ensure quotes and orders are accurate.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards all customers and promote products and services.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Attend regular customer service meetings.
• Coordinate follow-ups on quotations, proposals, and inquiries.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the medical, specialty gas, fill plants and industrial markets.
• Follow up on new customer leads identified by management.
• Responsible for actively ensuring customer base retention.
• Provide back-up support to other sales/customer service members.
