HVAC Distributors, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Counter Sales Associate. This full-time role focuses on customer service, resolving inquiries, and providing product recommendations to build relationships with HVAC contractors.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and assist walk-in and will-call customers.

• Support Account Managers in growing branch territory and executing sales initiatives.
• Promote equipment and accessory specials and support product launches.
• Solicit new and existing accounts based on call lists.
• Attend training programs and development opportunities as directed by the Branch Manager.
• Capture new customer leads in Salesforce.
• Make outbound calls daily to reach prospects and drive sales.

Job Details: Job Location: Pittsburgh - PITTSBURGH, PA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $23.00 - $24.00Hourly, Join a team that has been helping HVAC Contractors for over 38 years!

We are looking for a customer-focused motivated Counter Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy building relationships, solving customer problems and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fields incoming customer calls, assists walk-in and will-call customers with product or service inquiries.
• Provides product recommendations and/or quotes to customers; enters sales orders into Eclipse for processing.
• Assists Account Manager(s) in overall growth of designated branch territory by understanding and acting on sales initiatives as directed.
• Assists account manager(s) with promoting equipment and accessory specials, as well as product launch and re-launch events.
• Solicits potential /current accounts for orders based upon call lists supplied by Account Manager(s)/Marketing.
• Attends all training and development opportunities assigned by Branch Manager.
• Captures new customer leads in Salesforce.
• Performs required amount of outbound calls on a daily basis.
