Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in community service, client service or staffing.
• 2+ years of general office experience with Microsoft O365, scheduling, HRIT.
• 1–2 years in HR with high-volume recruiting; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff assignments and client scheduling to ensure quality care.
• Support HR tasks: recruitment, onboarding, training and HR file compliance.
• Maintain HR records in the HRIS; assist with onboarding and exits.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws; handle on-call duties and on-site coordination.
