Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks a Customer Service Manager/HR Designee to coordinate quality care and customer service for clients by assigning staff and scheduling services. You will also assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR file compliance at the local branch.

Responsibilities include ensuring plan-of-care adherence, liaising with client circles of care, documenting for payers, and supporting HR processes such as recruiting and onboarding while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college coursework or Associates degree preferred.
• Two or more years of community service, client service or staffing experience.
• Two or more years of general office and computer experience (i.e. Microsoft O365, scheduling, HRIT).
• One to two years of HR with high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• One to two years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Experience delivering services to elderly, disabled, or developmentally disabled preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and ensure adherence to the agreed plan of care for each client in your caseload.
• Facilitate communication and serve as liaison between client’s circle of care.
• Monitor and escalate changes in client’s plan of care, services or condition.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for agency payers.
• Coordinate schedules to ensure adequate staffing and billing processing.
• Provide HR support in recruitment, hiring, performance, retention, and compliance.
• Process and review employment applications in ATS to evaluate qualifications within timelines.
• Coordinate or support new hire onboarding and exit meetings.
• Assist with data management and file maintenance in HRIS.
