All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Customer Service Manager/HR Designee to coordinate quality client care and staff scheduling while supporting HR efforts across the local branch. The role includes recruiting, onboarding, documentation, and compliance duties.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in related fields, and HR experience with high-volume recruiting. Some college coursework or an associate degree is preferred. Prior experience with elder care is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Some college coursework or an Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in community service, client service, or staffing.
• 2+ years of general office/computer experience (Microsoft O365, scheduling, HRIT).
• 1–2 years of HR with high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Experience delivering services to elderly, disabled, or developmentally disabled persons preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate quality care and customer service for clients by matching with appropriate staff.
• Schedule client services and manage staff assignments across caseloads.
• Monitor plan changes and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation for agency payers and HR records.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR file compliance.
• Assist with on-boarding and exit meetings for employees.
