Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly support throughout their shopping experience.

You will assist with locating items, stocking shelves, and processing orders, while delivering reliable service in a busy home improvement environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and practical product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform job duties.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or more with help or accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
