Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and help them find products for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with merchandise, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role involves standing for long periods, helping with product loading, and occasionally stocking shelves. Training is provided, with opportunities to learn across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality
