Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Columbus to help customers find home improvement solutions and deliver friendly, attentive service throughout their shopping experience.

You will greet customers, assist with locating items, process orders, and support stocking and merchandising while ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. This role may involve rotating through departments to deliver the best possible service in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties as needed
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock and replenish shelves and merchandise as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely arrival
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
