The role involves assisting across departments, processing orders and deliveries, and potentially stocking shelves. A part-time option is available with opportunities for growth and training in other areas.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or equivalent.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks.
• Minimum lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
