Job summary

As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers, help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You may work in appliances, hardware, or other departments, with daily tasks including listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience.
• 6 months of experience with retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
