Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right products and solutions for home improvement needs. You will greet customers, answer questions, and ensure a friendly shopping experience in-store.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer including basic data entry.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to perform duties with standing/sitting and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time pickup/delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, piping, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
