Job summary

Belstra Milling Co. in Demotte, IN seeks a detail-oriented team member for a warehouse/production support role. You will enter feed orders, manage documentation, and help customers with shipments and pickups.

The position requires accuracy, reliability, and strong office skills within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing labels, coordinating shipping, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer tech.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter feed orders into our manufacturing program.
• Print orders, tags, BOLs and related documents.
• Scan documentation to Accounting and maintain accurate records.
• Assist walk-in and phone customers and pickups.
• Address customer concerns professionally and seek solutions.
• Set up and coordinate shipping and delivery information.
• Prepare shipping labels and required documentation for LTLs.
• Communicate fulfillment timing issues to internal staff and customers.
• Assist warehouse and production tasks including line work, bagging, labeling, and other duties.
• Be willing to learn and operate a forklift.
