Job summary

Belstra Milling Co. in Demotte, IN is seeking a self-motivated, reliable team member with strong office and customer service skills to work in a warehouse and production setting as needed.

Responsibilities include entering feed orders into our manufacturing software, printing orders and shipping documents, assisting customers, coordinating shipping, and supporting forklift operation while complying with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Enter feed orders into our Feed Mill Manager manufacturing program.
• Print orders, tags, BOLs and related documents.
• Scan documentation to Accounting and maintain accurate records.
• Assist walk-in customers, phone customers and pickups.
• Address customer concerns professionally and work toward appropriate solutions.
• Setup and coordinate shipping and delivery information.
• Prepare shipping labels and required documentation for LTL’s.
• Communicate fulfillment timing issues and changes with internal personnel and to customers.
• Assist with various Warehouse and Production tasks including 10# line, bagging, labeling and other tasks as needed.
• Willingness to learn and be able to operate a forklift.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work in dusty, cold, hot, humid, noisy environment

• This positon requires the ability to walk, kneel, bend, climb, etc.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Relevant experience preferred, but not required
• Customer service and fulfillment experience preferred, but not required
• Shipping and Freight setup experience preferred, but not required
