Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, assist customers, and support cashiers. You’ll contribute to a clean, welcoming shopping environment while cross-training for front-end duties and maintaining cash integrity.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and physical stamina to lift merchandise, stock shelves, and assist customers throughout shifts. Ideal candidates bring prior retail service experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operation documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to cashier support.
• Maintain clean, welcoming environment and stock as needed.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/asset security.
• Support front-end duties as needed and follow safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
